Oral Presentation
Authors of abstracts selected for oral presentation during the conference should prepare their presentation using the official PowerPoint format and upload it using the official platform. To do this, click on the "Submit Presentation HERE" button located at the top of the page.
Total oral presentation time: 20 minutes (including questions).
Total plenary presentation time: 30 minutes (including questions).
Poster presentation time: during coffee breaks.

Review Process
All submissions received by Minexcellence 2025 are subject to all stages of the review process in order to be approved for publication in the proceedings and included in the technical program.
Stage 1: Abstract Selection
All abstracts will be reviewed and commented on by Minexcellence 2025’s Editorial Committee. Approval of an abstract at this stage does not automatically guarantee that the final version will be accepted and included in the program. The authors of accepted abstracts will receive comments to consider and include in the final version of their abstract.
Stage 2: Final Abstract Selection
Final abstracts will be reviewed by the Editorial Committee to ensure that all modifications have been made. At this stage, abstracts will be confirmed for oral or poster presentation. Final abstracts approved for publication will be published in the Minexcellence 2025 proceedings. At this stage authors must register to Minexcellence to confirm their participation.
Stage 3: Presentation Selection
All authors of final abstracts approved for oral presentationwill be asked to send the PowerPoint presentation that they will exhibit in their 20-minute talk.
Author Registration
Author Registration Deadline: October 3, 2025
The published proceedings will only contain abstracts from authors attending the conference.
To confirm publication of an abstract, as well as inclusion in the technical program of the conference, it is essential that at least one (1) author per abstract is registered and has paid by October 3, 2025. Abstracts of authors who have not registered by the deadline will be automatically withdrawn from the proceedings and the program.
