PLEASE NOTE: Registrations made with the EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION fee must be paid no later than July 3, 2025.

 

NOTE (1) This fee applies to Authors whose final abstracts have been approved and who wish their abstracts to appear in the proceedings and have the option to present their work at the congress. At least one (1) Author per presented work must be registered and paid by July 3, 2025 in order to be included in the conference. One author can represent a maximum of 2 works in the event, and one company can have maximum of three works presented in each event.

NOTE (2) This fee applies to members of the Organizing, Advisory and Technical Committees. Please see the complete list of Committee members in the corresponding section of this website.

Registration fee does not include accommodation, airport transfers and/or any other products or services not mentioned above. Delegates are entirely responsible for making their own travel arrangements.

Additional Tickets

If the participant wishes to bring a companion to any social activity, they must purchase additional tickets for these activities. Please note that companions do not have access to the technical sessions.

Payment

Service charges applied to wire transfers should not be subtracted from the registration fee. All bank services charges should be assumed by the participant.

Purchase order

In this case, please select the purchase order and fill out all the relevant billing information. It is important that when registering the data indicated for the issuance of the invoice are correct.

The purchase order must be received in a maximum of 7 business days from the registration date and cannot exceed the start date of the conference in the case of registering the same week.

The purchase order is a document that consolidates a purchase commitment, once received by Gecamin, the policies indicated in it will be billed and the terms and conditions of any regular registration (cancellations, discount values, among others) will apply. You can pay against invoice in 30 days.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations will be accepted only if done in written form before July 3, 2025 to tailings@gecamin.com. The cancelation must include the name of the participant, company and reason for cancelation. After the conference is over, the registration fee will be reimbursed minus the bank transfer costs and a charge of USD 300 / CLP 259,000 for authors or a charge of USD 150 / CLP 130,000 for other categories and a digital copy of the conference book will be sent to the participant..
 
After July 3, 2025 there will be no refunds and all registered participants will be charged the full fee. If a registered participant is unable to attend and is not able to cancel before Julu 3, 2025, replacements are welcome at no additional cost. Please notify us of any substitutions (providing full name, ID, position, company, phone number and email to tailings@gecamin.com.
 
 

Photo and Video Release

By accepting the terms and conditions of registration, you allow Gecamin Ltda. to take photographs or videos of you during the conference for use on their website and in future promotional materials. If you do not wish to be included in any photo or video, please write oscar.farias@gecamin.com at least 72 hours prior to the event.

Contact Information Release

 

By accepting the terms and conditions of registration, you allow Gecamin Ltda. to share your contact information with fellow conference participants after the conference has ended. If you do NOT want your contact details released, please email comercial@gecamin.com before the beginning of the conference.
