Transfers from the airport to the hotel
Please remember that airport transfers and hotel reservations are not included in the conference registration fee, and should be arranged independently. You can reserve your transfer between the hotel and airport through one of the companies we recommend. We suggest that you reserve your transfer before your arrival/departure (ideally 3 days prior to your arrival) and re-confirm your reservation the day you travel.
