Poster Presentation
Authors presenting in poster format must send their poster two weeks before the conference, in PDF file with the summarized information of their work in accordance with the “Poster Preparation Guide” and the“Poster Demo” previously sent.
Note: Due to Technical Program restrictions, an author is allowed to present a maximum of 2 works in oral presentation (additional works can be submitted for Poster presentation). A company is allowed to present a maximum of 3 works in oral presentation (additional works can be submitted for Poster presentation). Review Process
Stage 1: Abstract Selection
All abstracts will be reviewed and commented on by Geomin-Mineplanning 2025 Editorial Committee. Approval of an abstract at this stage does not automatically guarantee that the final version will be accepted and included in the program. The authors of accepted abstracts will receive comments to consider and include in the final version of their abstract.
Stage 2: Final Abstract Selection
Final abstracts will be reviewed by the Editorial Committee to ensure that all modifications have been made. At this stage, abstracts will be confirmed for oral or poster presentation. Final abstracts approved for publication will be published in the Geomin-Mineplanning 2025 proceedings. At this stage authors must register to Geomin-Mineplanning to confirm their participation.
Stage 3: Presentation Selection
All authors of final abstracts approved for oral presentationwill be asked to send the PowerPoint presentation that they will exhibit in their 20-minute talk.
Author Registration
Author Registration Deadline: April 11, 2025
The published proceedings will only contain abstracts from authors attending the conference.
To confirm publication of an abstract, as well as inclusion in the technical program of the seminar, it is essential that at least one (1) author per article is registered and has paid by September 24, 2024. Abstracts of authors who have not registered by the deadline will be automatically withdrawn from the proceedings and the program.
