Oral Presentation
Authors of abstracts selected for oral presentation during the congress should prepare their presentation using the official PowerPoint format and upload it using the official platform. To do this, click on the "Submit Presentation HERE" button located at the top of the page.
Total oral presentation time: 20 minutes (including questions).
Poster presentation time: during coffee breaks.
Biographical Summary
The presenting author must complete and submit a biographical summary using the form. It is not necessary to submit a full CV, the biographical summary is sufficient. This information will be used to introduce the author to the congress audience prior to the presentation. The form is available by clicking on the button “Biography Form” at the top of the page.
Poster Presentation
Authors presenting in poster format must send their poster two weeks before the conference, in PDF file with the summarized information of their work in accordance with the “Poster Preparation Guide” and the “Poster Demo” previously sent.
Note: Due to technical program restrictions, an author is allowed to present a maximum of 2 works in oral presentation (additional works can be submitted for poster presentation). A company is allowed to present a maximum of 3 works in oral presentation (additional works can be submitted for poster presentation). Review Process
Stage 1: Abstract Selection
Stage 2: Final Abstract Selection
Final abstracts will be reviewed by the Editorial Committee to ensure that all modifications have been made. At this stage, abstracts will be confirmed for oral or poster presentation. Final abstracts approved for publication will be published in the Water Congress 2025 Proceedings. At this stage authors must register to Water Congress to confirm their participation.
Stage 3: Presentation Selection
All authors of final abstracts approved for oral presentationwill be asked to send the PowerPoint presentation that they will exhibit in their 20-minute talk.
Author Registration
Author Registration Deadline: August 7, 2025
The published proceedings will only contain abstracts from authors attending the conference.
To confirm publication of an abstract, as well as inclusion in the technical program of the seminar, it is essential that at least one (1) author per article is registered and has paid by August 7, 2025. Abstracts of authors who have not registered by the deadline will be automatically withdrawn from the proceedings and the program.
