Transfers from the Airport to the Hotel
Transfers are not included in the conference registration of the hotel booking and must be arranged and paid for separately. You may book airport–hotel transfers directly with one of the official transportation companies located at the airport. It is recommended to book your transfer in advance (3 days before arrival) and reconfirm the reservation on the day of arrival.
