The organisers of the International Seminar on Geometallurgy- Geomet 2012- are advertising discounts of 25-50% on registrations for the last seminar of the year.
To bring 2012 to a close, encourage the participation of a diverse group of professionals, and to enrich information and knowledge exchange, the mining conference organiser Gecamin will offer special discounts for those registering for the last event of the year, Geomet 2012. The International Seminar on Geometallurgy will take place from 5-7 December at the Sheraton Hotel in Santiago, Chile.
There will be two different discounts: one for those who have already participated in a Gecamin conference this year and another for new participants. The former group will receive a 50% discount if they register between 23 November and 7 December whereas the latter group will receive a 25% if registering between the same dates.
The Geomet 2012 technical programme is made up of more than 40 presentations from 7 countries and focuses heavily on applications and developments in mining companies. Amongst the main exhibitors are Francis Pitard, from Francis Pitard Sampling Consultants, USA; Peter Amelunxen from Aminpro Chile; Karim Bllesteros and Mark Thomas from BHP Billiton, Chile; and Constantino Suazo from the Compañía Minera Doña Inés de Collahuasi, Chile.
