Submit your article in English, 3 to 6 pages, in Word format, by April 17, 2026, using the official submission platform. Click the Submit Article Here button located on the left side of the page.

Your article should describe the objective of the work and summarize the results obtained. It must also include the authors’ full contact details.

The Article Template button provides a Word document with predefined styles to help you prepare your submission correctly. This template also includes the editorial guidelines that must be followed for your work to be approved.

If your article is approved, you will be requested to send a final version that incorporates the reviewers’ comments.

For more information regarding the review process, please refer to the Review Process section below.

Notes

Due to technical program restrictions, each author may present a maximum of two works in oral format (additional works may be presented as posters), and each company may present a maximum of three oral presentations (additional poster presentations are also allowed).

Due to data confidentiality concerns, authors from mining companies may choose to submit only an abstract, written in English, of 300 to 600 words, without the need to present the full article.
