Author Rate
This rate applies to authors whose final works have been accepted for presentation at the Conference , either as an oral presentation or a poster. At least one author per work must register and complete the payment by May 15, 2026 for the article to be included in the Conference proceedings and technical program.

Committee Rate
This rate applies to members of the Organizing, Advisory, and Technical Committees. The current list of committee members is available in the committees’s section of this website.

General Rate
Each registration is personal and non-transferable. If a participant cannot attend on one or more days, his registration may not be transferred to another person during that period.
Registration fees do not include accommodation, airfare, transfers, parking, or any other additional services. All such services must be booked and paid for individually by each participant.

Credit Card (Webpay)
Participants residing in Chile may pay their registration using any major credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Diners Club), in a single payment.

The transfer must be received in a maximum of three business days from the registration date and cannot exceed the start date of the Conference in the case of registering the same week.

In this case, it is necessary to select the payment option via purchase order, completing all the billing information. It is important that the information provided at the time of registration is correct for the invoice to be issued.

The purchase order must be received within a maximum of 7 business days from the registration date and must not exceed the start date of the Conference, in the case of registrations made during the same week the conference begins.

The purchase order is a document that formalizes the commitment to purchase. Once received by Gecamin, it will be invoiced according to the information indicated in it, and Gecamin’s terms and conditions for registration (cancellations, discount values, among others) will apply. Payment must be made within a maximum period of 30 days from the date the invoice is issued.

Payment Methods
Bank charges for fund transfers must not be deducted from the registration fee. All charges associated with the transfer must be paid by the participant at the time of the transaction.

PayPal
Participants residing outside of Chile must pay their registration online by credit card through PayPal, in U.S. dollars (USD).

Cancellations will only be accepted if requested in writing by May 23, 2026. The request must be sent to procemin.geomet@gecamin.com, including the participant’s name, company, mailing address, and the reason for the cancellation After the Conference has ended, the amount paid will be refunded minus bank transfer charges and an administrative fee of USD 300 / CLP $259,000 for authors, or USD 150 / CLP $130,000 for other categories. A digital copy of the Conference proceedings will be sent to the participant.

After May 23, 2026 no cancellationswill be accepted, and the participant must pay the full registration fee. If the participant cannot attend and did not cancel his registration before May 23, 2026, he may send another person in his place as an attendee or as substitute presenting author. This must be communicated in writing to procemin.geomet@gecamin.com, including the full details of the new participant (first and last name, RUT or passport, company, position, address, phone number, and email).

Authorization and Consent For Photography And Video Recording
By accepting the registration policies and conditions, the participant gives their consent for Gecamin Ltda. to take photographs or record videos and use them on the company’s website, publications, and informational materials. If you DO NOT wish to be included in event photos and/or videos, please write to oscar.farias@gecamin.com at least 72 hours prior to the start of the Conference.

When registering, the participant must state their consent or refusal for Gecamin Ltda. to share their contact information with the sponsors after the conclusion of the conference. If the participant does not wish their information to be shared, he must indicate this in his Registration Form
