Authors whose works have been selected for oral presentation during the conference must prepare their presentation using the official PowerPoint template and upload it through the official submission platform. To do this, click the Submit Presentation Here button located on the left side of the page.
Technical presentation time: 20 minutes (including questions).
Plenary presentation time: 30 minutes (including questions).
Poster presentation time: during coffee breaks on all three days of the conference.
Biographical Summary
The presenting author must complete and submit a biographical summary using the provided form (a full CV is not required). This information will be used to introduce the author to the conference audience before the presentation. The form is available on the left side of the page.
Notes
Due to technical program restrictions, each author may present a maximum of two works in oral format (additional works may be presented as posters), and each company may present a maximum of three oral presentations (additional poster presentations are also allowed).

Review
Process
All submissions received by
Minería Digital 2026 are subject to all stages of the review process in order to be approved for publication in the proceedings and included in the technical program.
Stage 1: Abstract Selection
All submissions received for Minería Digital 2026 will go through the following review stages. Only submissions that complete this process will be approved for publication in the digital proceedings and included in the technical program.
Stage 2: Final Abstract Approval
Final abstracts will be reviewed by the Editorial Committee to ensure that all modifications have been made. At this stage, abstracts will be confirmed for oral or poster presentation. Final abstracts approved for publication will be published in the Minería Digital 2026 proceedings. At this stage authors must register to Minería Digital 2026 to confirm their participation.
Stage 3: Submission and Review of Presentation
All authors of final abstracts approved for oral presentation will be asked to send the PowerPoint presentation that they will exhibit in their 20-minute talk.
Stage 4: Author Registration
Only abstracts from registered authors will be published and included in the technical program of the congress.
At least one (1) author per work must register and pay the registration fee before May 11, 2026. Works whose authors have not registered by the deadline will be removed from the program, and their abstract will not be included in the congress proceedings.
