Authors of the works selected for oral presentations must prepare their presentations using the official conference template, all PowerPoint presentations must be prepared in English, however, the audio of the presentation can be given in English or Spanish, as simultaneous interpretation will be provided in all technical sessions.  To send the presentation please use the file transfer platform. Pre-recorded Presentations (On Demand Format)
During the Conference, all technical presentations will be available in a pre-recorded format so that participants can view them at their own pace (on demand), all technical talks will be available in the conference platform on September 30 and will remain available to participants for up to 3 months after the conference ends. 
Total oral presentation time: 20 minutes.
To publish the video of the pre-recorded presentation, authors must send a signed copy of the Copyright Agreement and Consent to Publish a Video Presentation form, which authorizes us to publish the article in the Proceedings and also to include the recording of the presentation in the online conference platform.
Author Roundtables:
To answer questions and facilitate interaction between Authors and participants, Authors’ live Panels will be held live for each technical session. Each Q&A Panel will last 60 minutes.
Biographical summary:
The author who presents the work must complete an submit the “Biography Form” that is available at the top of the page.  Please do not send a full CV, the summary is sufficient. This information will be used to introduce the author to the congress audience and will be included in the platform together with pre-recorded presentation.. 
Note: Due Technical Program restrictions, an author is allow to present a maximum of 2 works in oral presentation (additional works can be submitted  for Poster presentation).     Review Process
All submissions received by Procemin-Geomet 2022 are subject to all stages of the review process in order to be approved for publication in the proceedings and included in the technical program.

Stage 1: Abstract Selection

All abstracts will be reviewed and commented on by Procemin-Geomet 2022’s Editorial Committee. Approval of an abstract at this stage does not automatically guarantee that the final version will be accepted and included in the program. The authors of accepted abstracts will receive comments to consider and include in the final version of their article.

Stage 2: Article Selection

Articles must be written in accordance with the standards established for the conference (4 to 8-page full-lenght article). Articles which fully comply with the requirements will be peer-reviewed. Once articles are reviewed, comments will be sent to authors and a final version of the work will be requested. The final article should include the comments and suggestions made by the Committee. 

Stage 3: Final Article Approval

Final articles will be reviewed by the Technical Committee to ensure that all modifications have been made. At this stage, articles will be confirmed for oral or poster presentation. Final articles approved for publication will be published in the Procemin-Geomet 2022 proceedings. At this stage authors must register to the conference to confirm their participation.

Stage 4: Presentation Selection

Authors of final articles approved for oral presentation will be asked to send one (1) PowerPoint presentation and record a video presentation, the duration of the video must not exceed 20 minutes and must be recorded using the recording guide.

Author Registration Deadline: Agosto 16, 2022

The published proceedings will only contain abstracts from authors attending the conference.
To confirm publication of an abstract, as well as inclusion in the technical program of the conference, it is essential that at least one (1) author per article is registered and has paid by August 16, 2022. Articles of authors who have not registered by the deadline will be automatically withdrawn from the proceedings and the program.
